These are amazing! I've always wanted to know how to make animations like this. What programs do you use? If you have the time and don't mind, could you tell me how to do it or direct me to a site that tells me? I would really appreciate it!

I don't have a tutorial for making a mood theme, sorry. I just cropped the caps, toyed with the settings and made a boder. you can get mood themes all over lj, just google it =) and I recommend crackified you can find a lot of nice mood themes there. hope that helps.
